  • 15th from 6:15-7:15pm: Yoga in Nature: Midweek Mindfulness led by Livvy Feeney. $15 in advance, register here.
    • More about Livvy: Livvy Feeney (they/them) completed Tough Love Yoga’s 200 hour teacher training in the spring of 2023, and has been teaching regularly since then. They currently teach at the community care space CareWave and substitute classes at M3. They are also a contemporary dancer, so they celebrate the physicality and artistry of the practice. Livvy strives to create an inclusive class which honors the varied needs of each student, through alignment based cueing and offering options throughout. They work to offer a culture of consent, empowerment, and reverence for the roots of yoga. They view yoga as a practice to connect us more deeply with ourselves and each other, and honor the power of this practice as a tool for social change.
  • 16th at 11am: Garden Storytime led by Annie O'Neill, Program Coordinator. For children 5 and under, in the Woodlands Garden birds nest! The theme is Bees as we celebrate World Bee Day later this month! No registration required.
