SUMMARY:Forest Bathing Walk with Renewal by Nature
DESCRIPTION:Forest bathing\, or shinrin-yoku\, is a Japanese form of nature therapy that is designed to connect you with nature. The word\, “bathing\,” refers to the idea of absorbing your natural surroundings using all of the senses\, rather than anything to do with water. Forest bathing aims to bring healing through connection to nature and trees. The practice is said to enhance well-being\, reduce stress and restore calm. Participants of a Shinrin-Yoku walk are guided through a series of invitations that encourage immersion of the Forest through their senses\, thus fully experiencing their natural surroundings and becoming beneficiaries of the “medicine of the forest”.
