As a principal Landscape Architect with HGOR in Atlanta\, Steve has been an integral part of Woodlands Garden for many years. We are especially pleased with his choice of plant palette unique to the Piedmont’s Upper Ridge for the new corner planting. DESCRIPTION:Forest bathing\, or shinrin-yoku\, is a Japanese form of nature therapy that is designed to connect you with nature. The word\, “bathing\,” refers to the idea of absorbing your natural surroundings using all of the senses\, rather than anything to do with water. Forest bathing aims to bring healing through connection to nature and trees. The practice is said to enhance well-being\, reduce stress and restore calm. \n  \n  \n\nFall ​Forest Bathing Series at \n​Woodlands Garden of Decatur\n\nForest bathing\, or shinrin-yoku\, is a Japanese form of nature therapy that is designed to connect you with nature.
