DESCRIPTION:The fairies are coming to Woodlands Garden! \n\nDate: September 29\, 2018\nTime: 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm\nLocation: 932 Scott Boulevard\, Decatur\, GA 30030\nParking: Off-site parking required for this event. Please consider walking\, biking\, and carpooling. Parking map of below locations available here and more detail provided below.\nCost: Free\, we just ask that you PLEASE park off-site\nCostume: Yes\, please!\n\n  \nWoodlands is thrilled to partner with Skyland Trail for the eighth annual ‘Fairies in the Garden’ celebration. Skyland Trail artists will create intricate tiny houses in the woods\, just for you to find. They could be tucked away below an old tree\, under a bridge or right along the trails. \nDiscover tiny fairy dwellings built from bark\, twigs\, branches\, seed heads\, leaves and other natural materials\, tucked in sheltered nooks along the garden’s paths. Colonies will include root fairies\, stump fairies\, fortress fairies\, moss fairies … and of course trolls under the bridge. \nYou can follow the fairy map (check out Facebook page for updates) or go exploring around the garden to seek out these enchanting fairy houses. We will also give you a whole bunch of clues to help you find them all! This year’s Fairy Celebration will include a host of fun activities and the ever-popular ‘Grand Summoning of the Fairies’ followed by the trail parade. \nVolunteers needed for this exciting event!
