There will be stories\, crafts\, and a parade around the woods on this morning of fun! \nThis event takes place in the Pavilion at Woodlands Gardens\, 932 Scott Blvd.\, Decatur\, GA. \nPlease contact director@woodlandsgarden.org to reserve space or for any questions. \nFamily fun that is free for all! \nSpecial thanks to Ms. Mia from the DeKalb County Public Library for helping to coordinate these events with Garden volunteers and the Education Sub-Committee.

DESCRIPTION:The Pavilion at Woodlands Garden is a perfect setting to stretch and relax. Join our instructor\, Aditi Chandrasekhar\, for a free and relaxing session of ‘Yoga in Nature’ on Saturdays. \nAditi started her yoga practice in 2005 at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai\, India. She received her Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Training from the Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University in 2012. Aditi went on to teach ‘Yoga for Fitness’ at the Vinieyoga Healing Centre (former Viniyoga Healing Foundation)\, where she has been a student since 2010. Her practice here has been in the vinyasa style\, based on hatha yoga\, involving asana and pranayama. She has been conducting ‘Yoga in Nature’ sessions at Woodlands Garden since April 2015. \nWhen:\nSaturdays\, 4 pm to 5 pm\n(Please check our Events Calendar for latest updates on classes) \nWhat to bring:\nYoga mat\nHand towel (to roll up under your neck)\nBottle of water \nWhat to expect:\nLots of stretches and deep breathing \nWhere:\nWoodlands Garden Pavilion \nFee:\n$0 \nA donation box will be set up in a corner; all proceeds go to Woodlands Garden.
