DESCRIPTION:Come join instructor\, Michelle Flory\, for a free\, 1-hour ‘Yoga in Nature’. A bit about the instructor: She fell in love with yoga at a gym nine years ago and in 2012 became a Certified Yoga Instructor under the guidance of Swami Jaya Devi. Her classes emphasize the balance between strength and flexibility in the body and mind and include asana\, breath work\, and meditation. Michelle looks forward to practicing together in the Garden on Thursday evenings!\n\nExtra mats available and please bring drinking water. Class is free\, but donations are welcome to support Woodlands & Michelle\, yoga instructor.
