A Soothing Sound Bath & Guided Relaxation: The Garden of Rest

September 26 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Join us under the trees for a completely effortless experience designed to quiet your mind and melt away physical stress. We will start with a practice called Yoga Nidra—often referred to as “yogic sleep”—where you are guided into ultimate relaxation without moving a muscle. As you settle into this deep stillness, you’ll be immersed in the beautiful, echoing tones of crystal singing bowls. These gentle acoustic vibrations act like a massage for your nervous system, washing away mental chatter and physical tightness. Come as you are or bring a plethora of sleep gear (pillow, blanket, eye mask, etc.) and leave feeling deeply rested, clear, and nourished.

Bio: Mitchell is the founder of Fine Tuned Frequencies and a wellness facilitator who helps others experience the life-changing effects of Yoga through highly approachable and intentionally designed experiences. He brings science-backed mindfulness and nervous system tools into corporate environments, wellness centers, and community spaces. While his work is rooted in advanced yogic science and somatic (body-based) practices, it’s grounded in simplicity and whimsy, making for a fun experience that’s easy to be fully immersed in! When he’s not hosting retreats or community gatherings, Mitchell is busy being a silly goose (per his family), reading, or chasing after his high-octane infant son around the house.
