Pavilion Rental
The Pavilion offers a covered, intimate space perfect for gatherings of all kinds. With attentive staff on hand and all the essentials included, your event is set up for success from the very first guest to the last goodbye.

The Overlook
For smaller, more intimate gatherings, The Overlook at Woodlands Garden is the perfect choice. With stunning views of the garden and AV equipment included, this cozy space is well-suited for presentations, workshops, reunions, or any occasion where connection is at the heart of the event. Enjoy a private, memorable experience surrounded by the natural beauty that makes Woodlands Garden one of Decatur's most beloved destinations.

Additional Information
- Parking is limited and renters may need to consider other options such as shuttles or ride shares for their guests.
- Minimum rental time 3 hours. Renters will only have access to the rental spaces for the time rented and should plan all set up and clean up to happen within that time frame.
- All events must be completed by sundown.
- No smoking allowed on all Woodllands Garden property
- No pets allowed except service dogs
- Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender
- All trash must be removed from the property
- No fires are permitted on the property. In the Pavilion fires are permitted by special request and must be attended by a staff member.
- No amplified music allowed
- Candles, helium-filled balloons, confetti and glitter are not allowed
- Nothing can be placed on/in trees or plants
- Leave the rental spaces better than you found them
- A full list of garden rules will be provided to all renters.

Rental Rates
- Pavilion (Capacity 40) — $375 for first 3 hours, $125/HR additional
- Lawn (Capacity 40) — $375 for first 3 hours, $125/HR additional
- Overlook (Capacity 20) — $375 for first 3 hours, $125/HR additional
Booking Requirements
- 3 hour minimum rental
- A $100 refundable security deposit, a 50% nonrefundable retainer, and a signed contract are required to hold the date and time of your event
- All remaining fees must be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to your event
A La Carte Options
- $50/HR to add the Pavilion onto a rental of the Overlook or the Lawn
- $50/HR to add the Overlook onto a rental of the Pavilion or the Lawn
- $50/HR to add the Lawn onto a rental of the Overlook or the Pavilion
- $55/HR to have an off duty police officer at event (required for any event serving alcohol)
