Woodlands Garden welcomes Eagle Scout projects that support the care and improvement of our urban forest.

Getting Started
Scouts may choose from our list of garden needs or submit a project idea for review. Proposed ideas should include a brief description, intended impact, and estimated materials. All projects must be approved by the Garden Manager before entering the Scout approval process.

Planning & Scheduling
Submit a clear scope of work and proposed timeline, including a committed start date. Projects must be scheduled in advance and take place during regular garden hours (9am–5pm).

Responsibilities
Scouts are responsible for securing all project materials, ensuring participant waivers are completed, and providing before-and-after photos upon completion.
