DESCRIPTION:Yoga is back….Come join the “Midweek Mindfulness” led by @livvyfeeney or any number of programs coming your way this month!\nYoga in the Garden: Midweek MindfulnessWhat: Join us for midweek mindfulness\, a chance to relax and unwind through yoga in nature. This event will happen during Go Public Gardens week\, let’s celebrate public gardens together! The event will be $15. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats.Who: Annie\, Livvy Feeney\, participants who pre-registerWhen: Wednesday\, May 15\, 2024 and May 22\, 2024Where: The lawn – rain location: the pavillion\n\nMore about Livvy: Livvy Feeney (they/them) completed Tough Love Yoga’s 200 hour teacher training in the spring of 2023\, and has been teaching regularly since then. They currently teach at the community care space CareWave and substitute classes at M3. They are also a contemporary dancer\, so they celebrate the physicality and artistry of the practice. Livvy strives to create an inclusive class which honors the varied needs of each student\, through alignment based cueing and offering options throughout. They work to offer a culture of consent\, empowerment\, and reverence for the roots of yoga.
